The company has inhouse training centers equipped with latest training tools use for simulation exercises.

 All the employees of Arabia Holdings undergo an initial training program at the time of joining the company and followed up with regular training sessions throughout the employment.

 All our instructors are experienced trainer who work as per a manual developed inhouse to confirm the companies training program and act as checklist for their instructions.

Our training program comprises a two-tier training system where in the first deals with the initial training and the second incorporates regular ongoing training.
